AMERICA’S TEST KITCHEN FROM COOK'S ILLUSTRATED, public television's most-watched cooking show, returns with 26 original episodes. Host Christopher Kimball and test kitchen cooks Bridget Lancaster, Julia Collin Davison, Rebecca Hays and Yvonne Ruperti deconstruct America's favorite recipes to reveal the secrets to foolproof cooking at home.

In addition to the popular segments viewers love and trust — Adam Ried's equipment reviews, Jack Bishop's taste-tests and Doc Willoughby's science behind cooking segments — the 12th season includes the new "Do It Yourself" segment in which newcomer Bryan Roof makes many common ingredients.

"Rise And Shine Breakfast" - In this episode, host Christopher Kimball discusses the science behind scrambled eggs with science expert Guy Crosby. Then, test cook Becky Hays uncovers the secrets to perfect Scrambled Eggs.
