Being a caregiver can be one of the most challenging jobs in the world - and when the care you're giving is to a family member with Alzheimer's disease those challenges are sometimes overwhelming. This weekend the Alzheimer's Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties will hold a Caregiver Conference. The topics include reducing caregiver stress and an update on Alzheimer's research.
