U.S. Army Brigadier General Jeffrey Sinclair is facing a laundry list of charges including forcible sodomy, possession of pornography, and wrongfully engaging in personal relationships, according to the Department of Defense.
The 27-year Army veteran was sent home from Afghanistan earlier this year when allegations of his misconduct first surfaced. He has been reassigned to Fort Bragg.
The military will hold an Article 32 hearing at some point to assess the charges against Sinclair, and decide whether or not to court-martial the brigadier general.

Coming on the heels of the urinating marines and the hiccup grunt--this is also is huge. The whole military is in dissaray, but I don't think Bigelow will be making a film about this!
