SAN DIEGO (AP) -- Dense fog advisories have been posted for the coasts of Orange and San Diego counties and the western valleys of San Diego County.
The National Weather Service says a weak coastal eddy has brought a deepening of the marine layer Tuesday morning.
The service is warning of sharply reduced visibilities, mainly along inland Interstate 15 in San Diego County, and along inland portions of Interstate 5 in Orange County.
The advisory is in effect until 9 a.m.
