Shot on location in Andreas' native Norway and other exotic locales, the series offers a rich visual tour of Nordic cuisine, culture and history.

In each episode, Andreas makes tantalizing dishes in stunning outdoor locations using locally sourced vegetables, grains, cheese, fish, beef and lamb.

This season, Andreas cooks atop an active volcano in Iceland, prepares a succulent lamb dish in the mountainous Hallingskarvet region and travels to St. Lucia in the West Indies to discover the origins of cocoa.
