The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped four-tenths of a cent Tuesday to $4.149, one day after rising a half-cent.
The average price is unchanged from one week ago, 3.8 cents more than one month ago and 13 cents higher than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
Over the past 16 days, the price has increased 11 times, dropped four times and was unchanged once.
