Federal, state, county and most local government offices will be closed Wednesday for the Veterans Day holiday, and that includes administrative offices, libraries and recreation centers.

But in the city of San Diego, the Miramar Landfill, municipal golf courses, Chollas Lake and Mission Trails Regional Park visitors center will be open and operate according to normal hours, and curbside trash pickup will continue without interruption.

In the county of San Diego, community and teen centers in Fallbrook, Lakeside and Spring Valley will be closed, but county-run parks and campgrounds will remain open.
