The film grew out of the Utah Symphony’s “Mighty Five” tour in August 2014, during which the orchestra performed free outdoor concerts against the backdrop of Utah’s five national parks, both as a prelude to the centennial and as a celebration of the orchestra’s 75th anniversary season.

This program has been nominated for nine Rocky Mountain Emmy Awards including Best Arts/Entertainment Program/Special.
