Nina Garin, editor/producer, KPBS/Arts Calendar
It is the unofficial start of summer with the opening of the San Diego County Fair, plus new dance and visual art experiences.
Wonderspaces is a pop-up museum of "extraordinary experiences" that includes everything from room-sized interactive art installations to virtual reality films.
Housed in a big white tent in Mission Valley, visitors can see pieces that have been showcased at Burning Man, Sundance Film Festival and SXSW. See the Wonderspaces lineup of artists here. The event also includes food and drink vendors.
How does it work? Every ticket has a date and time, your ticket grants you entry into the exhibition at your selected time.

"Minor Fall/Major Lift"
