Christmas at Belmont 2017 with Grammy-winning musician Sheryl Crow

Grammy-winning musician Sheryl Crow hosts the 2017 "Christmas At Belmont" holiday concert recorded in Nashville’s Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

The festive biannual production includes nearly 700 musicians and performers, including Belmont University students, Belmont School of Music faculty and the Nashville Children’s Choir.

Sheryl Crow hosts the 2017 Christmas at Belmont concert recorded in Nashville’s Schermerhorn Symphony Center. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter shares the stage with 700 Belmont University students, faculty and the Nashville Children’s Choir in a holiday show crossing musical genres. Songs include “The Christmas Song,” “Run Rudolph Run” and “Angels We Have Heard on High.”

This year’s edition features the University Symphony Orchestra, Belmont Chorale, Percussion Ensemble, Musical Theatre, Jazz Ensemble, University Singers and mass choir.

The performance includes traditional carols, classical masterworks, world music and light-hearted seasonal favorites.

Host Sheryl Crow’s music ranges from hard-rocking up-tempo songs to thought-provoking ballads.

She has won nine Grammy Awards since 1995, when she received awards for best record ("All I Wanna Do"), best new artist and best female pop vocal performance.

She is known for songs such as “If It Makes You Happy,” “Long Way Back,” “Soak Up the Sun,” “A Change Would Do You Good” and “My Favorite Mistake.” Her latest release is "Be Myself."
