Prop 34 Would Repeal Death Penalty in California

California voters will make a life or death decision this election, when they vote on Proposition 34. The proposition to repeal the death penalty comes at a time when executions are declining and capital punishment has been put on hold in California. KPBS Reporter Tom Fudge says there are still passionate believers on both sides of the issue.
