Ioana Hociota married Andrew Holycross June 12, 2011 at Grand Canyon's Marble Point. Afterwards, they took many of their guests on a 25-mile rim to rim hike in the Grand Canyon.

Ioana Hociota had hiked 850 miles in Grand Canyon and was just 80 miles from achieving her goal of hiking the length of the canyon from Lees Ferry to Pearce Ferry.
