Michael Hagemann is a correctional counselor at the R.J. Donvovan Correctional Facility.  He is in charge of the CROP program, where convicts reach out to at-risk teenage boys to try to keep them out of prison.

Ed Franklin is a correctional counselor at the R.J. Donovan Correctional Facility.  He is in charge of the Reception Center, where all prisoners enter Donovan.  Franklin evaluates the prisoners to decide which prison they should be sent to and at which level they should be housed.

Inmate Terry Campbell is serving a life sentence for first degree murder at the R.J. Donovan Correctional Facility.  Campbell has been in prison for 44 years and he's 65 years old.
