San Diego Celebrates Mexico's Independence Day
Dozens of events are taking place around San Diego County to mark Mexico's Independence on September 16. A celebration dubbed, Viva Mexico! kicked off the festivities at Balboa Park.
Flokloric dancers performed throughout the night at Viva Mexico!
Visitors got to sample Mexican dishes. They got to taste everything from cheese enchilandas (shown above) to beef empanadas, sweet bread, tequila and wine.
