The La Jolla Historical Society is dedicated to the discovery, collection and preservation of La Jolla's heritage.

Through their collections, programs and advocacy, they carry out their mission by:
-Discovering, recording and sharing La Jolla's history.
-Preserving La Jolla's historical objects, sites and structures.
-Increasing community awareness of the value of our heritage.

The La Jolla Historical Society collects materials in a wide range of formats and media, including books, newspapers, magazines, maps, printed ephemera, manuscripts, scrapbooks, and architectural drawings.

The La Jolla Historical Society is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Hours
The Gallery is open Noon to 4pm Thursday – Sunday
The Office is Open 10am to 4pm Monday - Friday
