What is podcasting?

Podcasting is a way to download audio files. By subscribing to a podcast, you can easily download audio files to your computer or portable MP3 player (more details on podcasting).

How do I subscribe to these podcasts?

To download podcasts, you need to install an application that downloads podcasts like iTunes (or another application).

Download, install and open the program.
Next, you need to subscribe to the program feeds you want. If you use iTunes, click an button above and click the "Subscribe" button in iTunes. In other programs you'll need to copy and paste the feed URLs which are linked on the orange feed icons above.
Now that you're subscribed, you can download the audio files. iTunes automatically checks for updates, and will download one or more files depending on the settings you choose. Other application works a little differently, but in general, you'll want to "Refresh" "Check for Updates" or "Update." As always, take a look in the "Help" menu if you're having trouble.
