- Where Can I Get Tested? San Diego County has 4 STD clinics. All clinics offer testing and treatment for most STDs, vaccines for hepatitis A and B, and HIV testing. All services are offered on the basis of risk assessments, physical examinations, and/or laboratory test results. Clinics are staffed by physicians and/or nurse practitioners as well as nurses. All clinics are walk-in facilities. Appointments are not necessary or accepted.
- HIV Services: The Center - San Diego LGBT Community HIV-positive individuals, couples and families are welcome at all Center programs and activities. In addition, The Center has services specifically designed for the HIV/AIDS community.
- AIDS Walk San Diego Each year, The San Diego LGBT Community Center is pleased to present AIDS Walk & Run San Diego, an event designed to increase awareness about the ongoing HIV/AIDS epidemic and to raise vital funds for the agencies and programs that serve thousands of San Diegans living with HIV.
