I've been homeless in San Diego for most of the last 10 years. We're victims of a failed government and that's not going to change.

Will New Approach To Helping SD Homeless Work?

Those who wish to deal with the homeless problem need to step back and look at the new reality: The real estate/mortgage industry has turned real estate into blood diamonds, a rich man's/investor's sport and housing for ordinary people is out of the question now. Ordinary, middle class homeless people don't want to be pigeonholed. As victims of organized crime, they want recompense and restitution, not sympathy and crumbs on a plate.
