DREAM Act Referendum Falls Short
President Obama has persistently promised that his aim is to pass any form of Amnesty, and that he is accomplishing this without the consent of Congress. It is obvious that this has been approved for the abundant votes for President Obama’s reelection, as this will accommodate all those here illegally and favorable to families with roots here. I just want to know how the Obama administration is going to add $2.6 Trillion dollars to arrange this covert amnesty, since Robert Rector of the prestigious Heritage Foundation has reported. For decades now the majority of Americans have been blatantly clear, that they don't want any amnesty and just to follow the law. Not only is this a key issue--but in a Rasmussen national telephone survey released in November shows that 65 percent of voters oppose birth-right citizenship, for babies of illegal alien mothers.
Of course now we have to depend on the new presidential candidates, to rescind any laws that are inherently not constitutional? We have already seen the court-forced appropriations of taxpayers’ money to support not only the 20 million illegal aliens who have arrived here and stayed, but the most deplorable judicial response to the 14th amendment. It's clear that Americans are angry at having to pay for the smuggled babies of illegal alien mothers. These Individuals have violated our laws to enter the United States and in thousands of cases intentionally becoming pregnant, so they have a chance to override the citizenship law and able to stay. Once pregnant, illegal females are usually not applicable for deportation, so then they can take full advantage of the child's right to citizenship. Owing to the massive expenditures to county and municipal hospitals, each year over 300--to 450.000 illegal alien mother or parent can ride the child's welfare, food stamps, low income housing. That only ‘Birthright Citizenship Bill’ (H.R.140) can rescind this judicial misinterpreted assessment piece in the 14th Amendment.
Along with ‘Legal Workforce Act,’ (H.R. 2885) or publicly known better as Mandatory E-Verify, we can begin to arrest and eventually halt illegal immigration. If our incoherent lawmakers introduce the Lamar Smith bill in the House, then aliens now working illegally throughout the United States will be unable to find work. The core problem is that businesses have ignored these laws, because they were able to strongly influence Congress. But with H.R.2885 passed in Washington, these company owners will be facing harsh penalties, including prison. Criticism Of Immigration Enforcement Spurs New Measures
Let's start creating room in the United States for citizens and legal residents, than our government ignoring Americans and pandering to illegal aliens. Let's embark on giving back our tax money, to our old folks, our sick and homeless, instead of the IRS procuring our taxes to pay for foreign national’s welfare, for their children's education, free health care. If Obama remains president for another term, they will skirt the immigration laws that make us safe from drug dealers, drunken hit & run drivers and a whole mess of criminals reaching American soil. There is no more money, we are broke. Another amnesty as a projected analysis of the Heritage Foundation, the substantiated by NumbersUSA, American Patrol, FAIR and Judicial watch eventually would cost 2.6 Trillion dollars as of today? The Legislators are completely disconnected from the ordinary Americans trying to survive. To me, who moved away from California after being threatened for my free speech opinion about the overwhelming presence of illegal aliens? Sheriff Paul Babeu of Pinal county, AZ Arizona and also running for Congress, expressed today that we have 24.000 soldiers safeguarding the border between North and South Korea and yet the politicians in Washington are absent of a brain cell, when it comes to placing troops to stop the illegal invaders or the drug cells that are gaining ground inside our sovereign land. These Thursday Federal immigration officials announced the creation of a telephone hotline to make certain that detainees held by the local police are informed of their rights. These high officials I am sure influenced By Sen. Harry Reid, Minority Speaker Pelosi and other legislators in Homeland Security and ICE seem far more concerned with civil right for criminals; in millions of Americans eyes, anybody who enters America without permission—is a CRIMINAL AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS ONE AND PROSECUTED AS A FELONY?
It’s extraordinarily how citizens and lawful residents have been continuously skewered, for the benefit big business, pro-illegal alien fundamental organizations, unions, the Church and an assortment of groups of open border radicalism. Already these groups are conspiring to compromise the presidential race. Using any method they have at their disposal including—out of sight—non citizens voting and the highest density of irregularities with absentee ballots that are the simplest of application forms to forge. Democrats have been the worst offenders and have never been punished to the fullest extent of the law. The example is the ACORN groups that were not passive in allowing non-citizen voting, felons, the deceased and anybody who could make their mark. The 2012 presidential race will be a deciding factor, if Washington stays a tax and spend administration under Obama, or if we can publicize to the world that the left over Republicans led by a TEA PARTY revolutionaries as Michele Bachmann can contain the Democratic expenditures.
In conclusion the Tea Party doesn't discriminate against any nationality or race, this is an offensive plan by the Democrats to undermine the alternative party who are strictly against illegal immigration, but openly welcomes those who patiently legally wait their turn, in becoming part of the opportunity that is America.

Do not let them knowingly hold back this law as it will help relieve some of the 22 million unemployed American job seekers. This is a simple, less aggressive and relatively free from taxpayer’s expense, as nationwide employers will no longer be able to skirt this law. There will be no mitigating circumstance as many will see the inside of federal prison cell. Not only has 73 Republicans; mostly fresh Tea Party politicians, but also 3 Democrats have also co-sponsored this imperative bill as to date. Another bill sponsored by Steve King’s (R-IA) Birthright Citizenship Act of 2011 (H.R.140) would amend the law so the unborn babies of illegal aliens smuggled calculatedly through borders or by international flight are ineligible for citizenship. The cost to hospitals and an array of welfare payments and entitlements is the most costly for US taxpayers totaling billions of more dollars. This is another demand, you should make of the politicians who represent your state.
The outlay to supply welfare is prohibitive and will only rise in future years. The Tea Party is already trying to fight off the spending carnival of the Obama government and another $1.3 Trillion dollars are already in the works. We are delusional if we think either party, other than the entrenched Tea Party members are going to put on the fiscal brakes. Former Speaker Newt Gingrich as already stated he would offer millions of illegal immigrants, that if they have been residing here 25 years or more a non-citizenship status. This is wrong, as millions in other lands still contemplate a visa, after waiting patiently in line. Then what about the contemptible family reunification program, which ended once again, costing taxpayers billions of dollars after the 1986 mass amnesty. New immigrants can sponsor family members financially, then renege leaving the taxpayers once again to pick up the tab on retirement and pensions. America no longer can afford the laws enacted, such as Gingrich softened agenda. The man would never have uttered this plan, if he was in the true leadership of the TEA PARTY? In fact any TEA PARTY lawmaker who is seen to follow the same old agenda ‘of politics as usual’ will be removed from office.

North Carolina could be next as more sovereign states see the disaster indefinitely forthcoming from law Courts, forcibly demanding that taxpayers must supplement the income of illegal aliens, when the states cannot even feed, clothe and house their own low income residents? Illegal immigration is completely out of hand, with an estimated 8 million still favored by companies who have hired them, although American workers should be filling these jobs. States like California, Nevada, Colorado and New York, is just the inevitable tip of the iceberg whose principles cities as Los Angles, Denver, Las Vegas who’s Governor, Mayors and elected officials have deliberately ignored immigration enforcement and their counties designated as Sanctuary States or cities, permitting the true populace to unjustly pay for the illegal occupiers.
Prior administrations have allowed this to happen, putting no severe emphasis on removal. After all its big profits from republican donors and the boon of more votes for the Liberal progressives and Democrats, is not looked upon with disdain by the politicians. Most of them are ruefully disconnected from most Americans, and have been unconcerned with the projected number of 500.000 a year who arrive here by plane or who ignore the gross limitations of the border fence. Then another 1,000.000 that seems to be growing rate for incoming legal immigrants, who come via business approvals. I am not saying we don’t desire more highly skilled occupations, so we can compete with the global market. But companies should not be given visas for the less skilled, when job opportunities should be filled by occupational students and highly prized accomplished persons from other countries. But we must draw the line on the destitute who thinks America owes them a better quality of life. They should be arrested in any street demonstrations when demanding the same rights as citizens. It’s unfortunate that ICE is not allowed to perform its job properly on the hazardous border or in the confines of our country, to apprehend and take suspicious people into custody.
We have a good chance to resolve the inaction of multiple administrations, by applying the ‘Legal Workforce Act’ or as established as mandatory E-Verify program. This current bill, H.R. 2885 can right some massive wrongs and impose ‘Attrition through Enforcement’ guaranteeing that illegal aliens will self deport taking their families with them. When President Obama’s administration doesn’t effectively carry out the laws enacted in 1986 Immigration Control and Reform Act, the states of Arizona, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Utah, South Carolina have been forced into a situation of enforcing their own state border policing laws. The financial consequences of illegal migrants and immigrants have been building momentum for years and Arizona, unable to satisfy the compulsory court unfunded mandates any longer broke away and yelled to America they couldn’t find the money to support the impoverished, from the next door neighbor. The federal government’s bleak or intentional failure to construct the 2006 Secure Fence Act has caused serious deficits in these beleaguered states, which has ultimately spread without hesitation to all fifty states. Many new state laws have their inception today including Georgia that has been badly mauled by benefits for illegal aliens and for the New Year is clamping down. All fifty states should apply the same policing law, which begins to disrupt the comfortable entitlements distributed by every region of the country. In opposition, states with an overshadowed by Liberal hard liners hidden within the Democratic ranks in Sacramento, California-- will defy not only federal laws, but the legal population—who want all illegal aliens detained.
Some have stayed quiet about this terrible affliction, as California, Nevada and New Mexico. But avid analysts only have to glance at the elevated state deficits, to see the illegal immigration cash dilemma. Notably the Democrats, Liberal and ultra Republican elites will not tell the truth about the costs, as they have been corrupted by the proverbial injections of Campaign contributions. It seems like President Obama had enforced immigration laws to some extent, but even that push is waning? It started off well with near zero tolerance for anybody found to be in this nation illegally, but of late the man has instituted new measures upon the courts and ICE, to only deport incorrigible criminals; others with minimal police records have been allowed to walk.
The worst offender of this administrations payroll is the Liberal Socialist US, Attorney General Eric Holder, who has a questionable agenda in the Department of Justice. He has been brought before Congress on numerous occasions, including the ‘Fast and Furious’ controversy over weapons getting into the hands of drug cartels in Mexico. As yet this terrible issue has not been successfully resolved and ended with the death of a Border Patrol agent? The DOJ have been merciless in suing states trying to save the few recession dollars they have, for US citizens and legal residents.
