Eric Banks created problems within SEIU Local 221 for many years. He cheated on elections and now there is an investigation occuring regarding the results of the last Exeuctive Board elections. He was accused of sexually harrassing a staff member and this local union is rumored to have settled the lawsuit for a large sum of money. There have been many complaints about Eric Banks and he is not qualified to take another public position. Our State cannot afford to have another huge problem working in Sacramento. This nomination could not be more inappropriate.
