"Deadlocked", "...national polls showing a neck-and-neck race" Come on now. I expect this from the 24 hour news cycle, but not my KPBS. You guys know the popular vote has little bearing on election. Why are you sensationalizing it? As terrible as the system is, we use the electoral college, not the popular vote. Please do some actual analysis based on state by state polls, trends, statistical variance, likelihood of success, etc, and not on whatever generates the most traffic to your site. You're my last hope for unbiased and un-sensationalized reporting. Please don't go changing on me. For good analysis, I recommend fivethirtyeight: http://fivethirtyeight.blogs.nytimes....Yes, I realize it's a blog on the NYTimes website, and the NYTimes is biased. That doesn't change the fact that they've been able to accurately predict elections since 2008. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FiveThir...According to 538 dot com, as of right now, Obama has an 86.3% chance of winning this election. I would not call that "deadlocked."
