This show was so infuriating. The Marine spokesperson was so incredibly vague with her answers, every other word was "kinda", "sorta" and "you know". She did not have the suicide data in hand (either current or historical....and YES, it does exist) nor did you, Ms Cavanaugh. It only takes a few minutes of online research to find them, you did not challenge her in any real manner, she went back and forth on if the rates exceeded the US general population rates. Then, to add to this, when the retired Marine called in describing his difficulty in getting treatment....WOW.....suddenly, you do challenge, asking him to layout specifics.
Pathetic.
