stop crying for the poor african american and mexican american people. many from asia and espcially europeans and africans did not make a mess of their lives and lose their property due to not understanding the morgtage terms. your television programmes are appealing only to a certain group. a group which has great community support. there are many italians and greeks and turks and vietnamese and nigerians that have done very well and are not losing their property simply because they do not understand the terms. there is hardly any west african or italian or greek or even south asian, pakistani...etc. community to speak of in san diego. the mexicans and the african americans have tremendous support. radio, television, legal, county and city and federal assistance. do not blame the banks. such mortgage instruments have been around for many years. many years prior to this entire mess. the people you displayed on the television programme should blame themselves for not making the correct decision. many of the immigrants i mentioned have not learned to speak english nor do they have such community support as do the mexicans and african americans, but they are in great shape! many do not have the education that the african americans or mexicans have. many come from third world countries. many from war torn nations. many are immigrants or refugees from the great wars in europe and asia. my own father was an orphan. nazi executed family members for being jews. my own father only has five years of primary school and still does not speak english but was able to amass tens of millions of dollars while in the states through hard work and studying mortgage terms and not relying on fantasy. no school. no community support. instead of bringing up examples of persons which have made terrible mistakes your programme should praise the people that have done things right. maybe appealing to the masses which are in trouble will make individuals feel better about themselves? maybe you are on to something i did not consider?
