When I was 12 years old I fell off my bike onto pavement so quickly that I didn't have time to put my hands down (I am now 34). I went home and went to sleep and woke up screaming in pain. The nausea started and I went to the hospital where they kept me overnight for observation calling it a mild concussion. Ever since then, I have suffered from migranes with varying frequency. The most frequent episodes were during my Junior High years but I still have them every now and then. Could the concussion have caused the migranes? Is there anything I can do now to repair or minimize damage?
