It is frustrating that of the four cities whose ordinances are being examined by the task force, only two of those cities has actually adopted ordinance changes, the other two hid behind bans or moratoriums. If this task force is to examine city models let them actually have some models that work. There is nothing to helpful to examine about a ban or moratorium.
