Regarding the caller who had hit the back of her head with a refrigerator door handle, while I am not a doctor, I do know that the visual processing center is located at the back of the head. If it had been injured by the impact with the door handle, it seems plausible to me that there could be disturbances in visual perception that could give rise to headaches.
