My name is Mark Pallis and I am the Story Editor and Legal & Historical Consultant for Garrow's Law. I am so pleased that this show has come out in the USA. I hope everyone enjoys it. One of the things we quickly learned was that audiences really enjoyed finding out more about real cases that inspired the series. So, if you are interested, here are some useful links:

If you are interested in finding out more about the real cases that inspired the series, have a look at the Garrow's Law blog. You'll find all sorts of stuff on there. For example, in Episode 1, when Garrow has the big fight in Court with the Theiftaker, that's inspired by an exchange that actually happened on 12th January 1785. I hope you enjoy the series.
