Great show today! Although I've always leaned towards more of an ongoing assessment and adjustment of goals and such, I really enjoyed the inspiring food for thought with my morning breakfast. I especially like Barbarella's attitude (fan of her column) and was moved by her "honesty from a place of love" philosophy (and of course - that voice!) as well as some of the callers thoughts and practices. Great way to start the day, and year. Thanks!
