New Mexico Behavioral Health Auditor Helped Vet Arizona Firms Before Finishing Work

Looks like the former CEO of Southwest Counseling and 7 other CEO,S vetted Arizona for profit Providence Service Corp. ten years prior. Providence did not have to vett at all. They just reaped in pass through Medicaid money with no RFP and no local State businesses were given the chanceto compete. Ironic that they are crying about the old switcharoo. Rio Grande invented it and made the mistake about hiding this from the media until the Albuquerque Journal broke it. Funny how Rio Grande thought they were invisible and still remain arrogantly in denial. Exactly what Sociopaths do.

Company That Conducted NM Behavioral Health Audit Has Questionable Record

Someone forgot to mention that State Auditor Hector Balderas fought to see it and found it was done correctly. The Providers have very questionable records and are not in the least transparent, compliant or apologetic.
Medicaid Billing is their addiction and for whatever reason brazen. These are CEO's and though their service is a medical, pharmaceutical model if they appear to act like Insurance Executives ; they are!!

New Mexico's Medicaid Woes A Financial Boost For Arizona Mental Health Providers

Well Senator Pro Tem Papen since Federal Medaid Money from your District has been going to a Billion dollar public traded for profit Corporation since perhaps 2001 you have ebabled these above the law for profits and non profits. By either creating Legislation that strenghthened these system manipulators or your never ending narrow vision of your pet non profit NAMI New Mexico. Your appointment of its State Director who was also Easter Seals El Mirador CEO reeks of patronism and positioning for a cover and handshake agreements. Please change your position in your quest of being the State version of former United States Senator Pete Dominici you have a Big Credibility problem explaining how your District and your State Health Insurance Member is severely unethical ;one is owned by an Arizona Company and the other heads a very suspicously backer of this horrible model and her own defunct Dynasty. After you backing of HB 588 which was VETOED by the Honorable Governor you fought like a vengeful Wildcat who were doing the very thing that you were screaming to the Press about. The Governor is a Resident of your District and a family member that resides in your District. Your inabilty to vet these exiled CEO'S raises questions about your involvement
