I live in PB and people ride their bikes a lot there. I do not ride very much because it can be kind of dangerous...but I noticed too that most PB riders have no idea that they are required to stop at stop signs. I wish cops would enforce that more - I have friends who have been cited for J walking, which at first I felt was crazy, but now I see it is really for their protection. I think enforcement should be the same with people riding bikes and not stopping at stop signs. However, I have never actually seen any signage stating that you must stop at stop signs when riding a bike so I assume most people do not know. Are there signs? Will there be? It would definitely make it safer in PB if drivers and cyclists alike knew the law!
