One more thing if I may. In Escondido on Tuesday afternoons we can shop at our local farmers market for wholesome simple locally grown organic veggies, fruits, and flowers, grown in a sustainable non toxic, humane way. We are a bit proud of this. Nutritious food fills one up quickly, so less is far better. Cheers!
Thankyou for one of the most informative presentations regarding our health we have yet seen. If only we could all realise the importance of nutrition, ie. food in our lives, then perhaps "health care" would not be the issue is appears to be for most of us. We believe that food is not as much about 'tastes good' and 'cheapness' or the arrogance of ellegance, as it is about LIFE. Thanks again.
Independent Lens: King Corn
Great documentary, showing the food cycle as we find it today. From the soil, to the bank accounts.
