It's great to see a candidate like Lori Zapf mentioning the cost of frivolous lawsuits and how they affect our small business community. I'm sure her awarenessof this issue will serve her well in making sure the 6th District continues heading in the right direction. Hopefully as awareness of this issue increases, we can see a change at the local level spread to the national level, and encourage our representatives to vote down bills like Senate Bill 1504, which would make it even easier for frivolous lawsuits to be filed against hardworking business owners.
