San Diegans are tired of being victims of poor SCE, NRC and CPUC decision-making. When SCE's nuclear plant cannot operate, SDG&E's customers are threatened with blackouts. The federal government approved the faulty steam generators and San Diego's representatives (local and state) should be demanding that they help provide funding to help replace San Onofre with power created within San Diego.
