I understand Rudy's point of view and I also understand Sushi's frustration. One thing everyone must remember is this: Given the same circumstances in your upbringing and mental instability, you too, could be capable of committing the same hideous crime. That goes for any one of us. Just as Chelsea's father stated in his interview a couple of days ago, "God will take care of this." Instead of pointing fingers, maybe we should be thankful that we were blessed enough to have the families and stability we grew up in. There was a very interesting article in today's San Diego Union Tribune on Gardner's troubled youth. An innocent child isn't born with a knife in his hand, he is influenced and programmed by many circumstances throughout his youth and our twisted society.The Apostle Paul once wrote, "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners - of whom I am the worst." 1Timothy 1:15. In God's eyes we are just as evil as Gardner without salvation from Christ.
