FoxNews.com reports that another one bites the dust as previous baseball great Roger Clemens has been indicted for lying to Our elected representatives over the use of performance-enhancing drugs. Clemens, who won seven Cy Young Awards in his illustrious baseball career, is facing down one count of obstruction, three counts of false statements and two counts of perjury. If Clemens is indeed convicted as it appears he could be, he could go to jail for up to 30 years and have to pay a $ 1.5 million fine. It is possible that federal prosecutors will allow Clemens to serve as little as 15 to 21 months, however. His place in the Mitchell Report, which lists 80-plus players suspected of Performance-enhancing drugs use, will likely remain secure.
