Thanks so much for featuring my recipe! I just wanted to note that each cupcake has under 100 calories and 1.5 *grams of fat*-in other words, these cupcakes are NOT low carb! You can make them using any flavor cake mix and 2 cups of sparkling water. While they're not exactly "healthy", these cupcakes are a great alternative to traditional "party food" - your friends and family will never know they're low fat!
