Not Everyone Is Happy With San Diego's Bike Share Locations

I have seen these bike share programs in many cities and they all have the same things in common - the rates are confusing to understand, and can be outrageously expensive, and the locations make it obvious that they are catering to tourists. Locals are still better off just buying a bicycle.

San Diego’s Homeless Population Third In Nation

Does anyone see what's wrong with this article? It uses metro and county homeless counts interchangeably. You can't really compare San Diego's county population to other city's Metro count. It's a case of apples and oranges. The reality is, San Diego's homeless population is on par with the rest of the country. Approximately 1 out of every 350 residents in a county will be homeless.
