I'd rather see the Cabrillo Bridge closed to vehicular traffic than the proposed "by-pass road and parking garage" constructed. I find that proposal completely unsatisfactory.
New parking structures should be planned along Sixth Avenue and Park Boulevard, not in the center of the Park, to begin cutting down on the vehicular traffic in the Park.
The Park Administration should deal with special needs people on an individual basis to ensure they can be reasonably accommodated, as I hope they do now.
