Most of the farmed salmon criticism I see on-line points to high levels of PCB's as a major problem, yet I don't see any mention of PCB's in this interview. It seems that high PCB's levels occur in fish-fed salmon -- so does this mean that non-fish fed salmon have lower PCB levels?
