How about using prisoners to work on the farms that are currently employing illegal immigrants? Think of all the benefits: ~saved wages on farmers; prisoners work for free ~reduces demand for illegal immigrants ~reduces overcrowding in prisons; prisoners can live on farms during their term of employment
One of the things I do to control weeds is pour boiling water on them. It seems to shock the roots and the weed dies within days. It does not grow back.
