The reason people are eating junk food all day is because the food is so devoid of nutrition that the body is gives signals of hunger because it's actually starving despite eating a lot of calories.
The solution is simple: eat nutritious food that humans are biologically designed to eat (organically grown food that is mostly plant-based and mostly raw and living foods). If you eat highly nutritious food you will feel satiated and not want to snack all day.
