I work in a building where security and housekeeping are Universal and can gladly tell you stories of the corruption, mental illness, sexual situations within their staff. Even down to their guards carrying wepons and playing with them around staff and visitors. Your getting a lack of response from them is no surprise. They have used housekeeping personnel as snitches. All of this reported both toUniversal and to the state agency that regulates guards and nothing ever done. The snitch practice continues.
Peters is a public member as what appears to be a Assembly Speaker Appointment. not the same as a commissioner and it also appears that Peters will be in Washington.
"Bruce Reznik (for Esther Sanchez)" lists an address of "45 Fremont St., Ste 2000 San Francisco, CA 94105, (415) 904-5200" it does not list Ester as a direct member.
To me, this, along with all the "vacancies" listed indicate a total lack of representation of for the south.
As far as the shark population. An increase in population is not needed to increase attacks. All that is needed is an increase in food.
So very much of the discussions of anything related to La Jolla coast much less all of the San Diego coast is useless as long as the Coastal Commission has any jurisdiction. Why? It appears that the only reps are allin San Francisco. This lack of representation is unbelievable! We now have the "Children's Pool" with the seals taking advantage of this MAN MADE haven for children and protected by environmentalists gone wrong, protecting what they call natural fauna that was not there until the man made break water. Solution---remove the break water and give it back to the sea. I'll give it 1 day and the seals will be gone. Without it they are unprotected shark food as nature intended. With it they attract sharks and make children shark food too.
Finally, remove the fence. If not get ready for yet another health hazard. Let the predators, including humans, do what is natural!!!!
This whole cycling thing is getting more ridiculous by the day.
The plans are being shotgunned through community meetings without proper notice of the intent to destroy vehicle capacity as we as legalizing the use of vehicles with zero registration or control.
Further the cycling community of this city is totally irresponsible as well as refusing to adhere to any traffic regulations. I constantly see bike riders violating laws. As an example I pointed out to a cycler one day that they had passed the intersection limit line and their reaction was just exactly what I would expect from them. They extended a single middle finger on their hand.
Until the time when cyclers start obeying the laws, registering their bikes, and obtaining riders licenses as well as law enforcement observing violations by the cyclers and doing nothing, they will be opposed by me.
