Overall I thought this was a great story, the only part that worries me is this statement. "Zapotec is one of the more common dialects.Zapotec is not a dialect its a language and these types of careless statements lead people to devalue Indigenous languages. May be in the future more awareness can be brought to this topic. Saying that its "tonal dialect" is misleading, Its in fact a tonal language. In actuality American English qualifies as a dialect of British English and the different ways to pronounce "potato" would make that a dialect within itself.Overall I think the storyline was good.
