"In the worst economy, it seems as if the city and NTC is getting a ride on our backs." Agreed! I was quoted $1.65 - $1.90 per sqft this past summer for studio space at NTC. If this is "highly subsidized", then someone is making a tidy profit as the rates are highway robbery for that area.
