Bravo, Brandon Martella! And I wholeheartedly disagree with shortsighted denigrator Sherry Ryan, the SDSU City Planning professor/commenter in the video segment. Ryan alleges that Martella's visionary plan is too large and inappropriate for downtown San Diego and that it belongs instead in suburbia. While I am neither an architect nor a professional city planner, I think Martella's urban concept/plan is brilliant, beautiful, and wonderfully integrative on multiple levels. Thank you.
