California Supreme Court Returns Sara Kruzan Case To Riverside

There is no doubt Sara is innocent. for example, look at this

Kruzan’s tragic and widely acknowledged unjust circumstance is a personal example of why the United Nations protocol and U.S. federal law stipulate that any minor subjected to commercial sexual activity—whether forced or voluntarily--must be considered victims rather than criminals.

so this is and has been very clear to the U.N., and even in U.S. federal law,
and everywhere in the known world.

EXCEPT for the state of California, which remains stuck in some 19 century notion of - ok i don't know what, or why.

It appears that Sara could appeal her c ase to federal court, and get it reversed- but who wants t wait that long?
Riverside needs to correct its horrible mistake, and set Sara free. now.

Her lawyers are right. Sara needs her freedom now. No more courts, no more arguments. If Harris wants credit for supporting anti trafficking bills, she needs to show us she knows what it is. To help her along, let me try to explain:
child sex trafficking is what happened to Sara Kruzan. any more questions?

California Attorney General Kamala Harris Lauds Record On Fighting Human Trafficking

That's right. She was a victim, should never have been prosecuted or spent a day in jail. AG Harris is a hypocrite if she wants us to admire her for apposing sex trafficking
and art the she time leaving Sara in prison. Send the case back to Riverside? That's who railroaded her in the first place!

judge, you may know something and you may not. but your tortured legalistic reasoning has no meaning. This is a girl who was trafficked at age 11, raped and put on the street at 13- this is what is known as being a VICTIM not a perpetrator. no matter what the circumstances around the killing of GG, she was a desperate juvenile, and did the only thing she could do to escape this nightmare of a life she'd had. She should never have been prosecuted, much less sent to prison.

And here is what you do not know: Sara Kruzan is one of the most wonderful women in the world, a beautiful soul with a big heart and unstoppable determination. She has completely triumphed over that wretched life she had and become a well respected leader. She has been an inspiration to me, as she has been to everyone who knows her.
