San Diego Homeless Program 'Project 25' Is Running Out Of Money

These people are suffering from the quintessential "Cat Lady Syndrome." Instead of feral cats they are feeding feral "humans." Four million dollars a year to "save" 25 of the most worthless diseased parasites in this city is an example of how America has gone off the rails.

In case they missed the bus to reality, there are children in this city who cannot get needed medical care because their parents have no money. There are hard working decent residents of this city who are in constant pain because they cannot afford to go to a doctor - the costs are just too great.

Building an empire on the pestilent bodies of drug sodden AIDS carriers, dangerous MDR Tuberculosis carriers, toothless drunks and worse is an example of taxpayer funding gone berzerk.

They admit on air that these "clients" really have no interest in joining the rest of society and actually like their lifestyle.

This country was based up the freedom to succeed and the freedom to fail. So let them fail. Most of these "things" would clean up their act pronto if they faced the reality that DEAD was their immediate future.

A solid solution to this level of "diversity" would be one way bus tickets to Washington D.C. Let Obama take care of them.

Can Private Partnerships Save Public Universities Struggling With Budget Cuts?

What your guest seems not to understand is that America is in a fight to the
finish with China and others. We need to spend our resources on students
who can help us WIN that fight. What Karen Haynes failed to mention is that
the Cal State system offers remedial English and Math classes to entering
"students." We need to spend our tax dollars only on those already capable of succeeding - not in building some Empire of the Difficient just to justify an ever larger university system.

If the Cal State system was limited to those who actually belonged there then the system would be smaller and smarter... and ....such deserving / capable students would then probably pay nearly nothing in tuition .. a promise of the 1960s that has been betrayed.
