Eric Banks does not deserve to be appointed to this position, he is not qualified. He help to ruin SEIU Local 221 formally SEIU Local 2028. Mis-management from more areas than just the directorship of 221. Look into his leadership there just for starters. How can someone like him represent the labor movement when he could not lead his own local? In my opinion this is a hugh mistakes. I worked with Mr. Banks for years and was a formal Executive Board member that served on the board thru many County contract negotiations.
