Work with what they have and balance the budget. We are tired of the SD follie financial fiasco that they have created. If they an incapable of performing their civic (and highly compensated) public duties. Ther are many in line that can. November 2..send the message with a Vote.

City Wooing Business Support For Sales Tax

I think the most important endorsement they should concern themselves with is the taxpayer. This entity has been over looked for years by our self serving elected officials and unions. That accounts for our dismal financial fiasco.

Donna Frye's Parting Shot

This is simply the city, unions and elected officials attempts to hold the citizens hostage with blank promises. They should actually be proactively managing the budget as it is. We need political activist that miiror the constituents not the unions. It is our tax dollars. As all realize a sales tax increase is a poor persons tax and all are affected.

SD County Employees Pocketed Pay Increase Despite Position Cuts

What a unique idea? Less services for the public. Decrease size of work force by layoffs or having vacant positions remain unfilled. Have hefty pay raises to those that remain. Are these people really on our side?

Proposition D Lawsuits Rejected, Measure Headed To Ballot

November is to remember the inactions of our elected officials currently in office. The financial fiasco that they have directly attributed too. Hold our elected officials accountable at the polls. No more incumbents. We have had enough of your politics with our tax money. Vote NO on prop D. When we as voters can hold accountable our elected officials for their lack of good judgement that has directly attributed to our financial fiasco. Including the unreal compensations and retirements that they have voted for theirselves, at our expense. We will be much closer to a democratic society. Make your VOTE count and VOTE accordingly.
