$800Million is only the teaser down payment. The city is broke and it's infrastructure needs rebuilding. The ploy to stop the bleeding from Qualcom by spending more money is insane. Why repeat a strategy that only in-debts citizens once again!
These BOS members are career politicians bought and paid for by the usual business & developer crowd. Perhaps some turnover would give others the chance to accept perks and potentially serve the public interest, then return to private life where you work for a living.
